No Returns Policy

At LUMIOR, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased through our online store unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this No Return Policy.

 Damaged, Faulty, or Non-Working Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, you may qualify for store credit for a future purchase.

To be eligible, customers must:

  • Contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or fault
  • Include the order number and a description of the issue
  • Email all complaints to: lumior.lighting@gmail.com

Failure to report the issue within the required timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

 Inspection & Approval Process

Once your complaint is received, our team will review the submitted evidence. We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before approval.

If approved, customers will receive store credit equal to the product value to be used on their next purchase at LUMIOR.

 No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds, bank refunds, or payment reversals for any orders, including damaged or faulty items.

Approved claims will be compensated through store credit only.

 Non-Eligible Claims

Store credit will not be issued for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality
  • Incorrect product usage
  • Complaints submitted after the reporting period

 Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, customers should take photos immediately before opening the parcel and report the issue to us as soon as possible via email.

 Store Credit Terms

Approved store credit:

  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • May only be used for purchases on our website
  • May be subject to an expiry period, where applicable
